W�"tā Workshop Unleashed invites visitors of all ages into a fantastical film effects facility, inspired and built by Wellington's award-winning design and effects company, W�"tā Workshop.

Inside Unleashed, extraordinary worlds blur the line between fantasy and reality.

From the curious to the creative, whanau-friendly to thrill seekers, there's something for everyone here. Join us on a guided journey through three original movie projects. Our workrooms and creative corridors will soon give way to wonderfully wacky adventures down the proverbial rabbit hole.

Explore interactive and immersive make-believe film sets, and get hands on with movie special effects, props and out of this world characters.

Our wildly immersive experience takes you on a journey through the wacky world of movie making. It's a mind-bending 90-minute hosted tour centred on three fully developed and original film concepts: a nail-biting horror, a fantasy epic, and a mind-bending sci-fi.

W�"tā Workshop Unleashed is located on level 5 at 88 Federal St, Auckland (opposite the Sky Tower).

We are a quick 10-minute walk from Britomart, Auckland's central bus and train station, and the Intercity bus terminal is right on our doorstep.

Carparking is available at the SkyCity Main Site. This is Auckland's biggest car park, boasting 1,960 parks accessible from three entries, full-time security and surveillance, and well-lit maintained facilities.

Note: We offer SkyCity parking validation in the W�"tā Cave for anyone who goes on our W�"tā Workshop Unleashed experience, undertakes one of our workshops or spends over $49 on retail in the W�"tā Cave.

SkyCity Precinct
Covering three city blocks in the heart of Auckland City, the SkyCity precinct is home to two world-class hotels (soon to be three), Auckland's premier dining district Federal Street, over 20 bars and restaurants, a 700-seat theatre, a world-class Casino, the iconic Sky Tower and shortly some of New Zealand's premier tourist attractions.

Sky Tower
The Sky Tower has stood tall at 328 metres, owning Auckland's skyline for over 20 years. It's an exciting hub of adrenaline activities, sky-high events, superb dining and breathtaking views.
